Epub 2012 Sep 26.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6162\u6027\u7f3a\u6c27\u662f\u814e\u7d72\u7403\u75be\u75c5\u7d42\u7a76\u5c0e\u5411\u9010\u6f38\u8870\u7aed\u7684\u5171\u540c\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u7f3a\u6c27\u6642\u6703\u7d93\u7531HIF-1\uf061\u5f15\u767c\u5f88\u591a\u4fdd\u8b77\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u4f01\u5716\u633d\u6551\u56e0\u7f3a\u6c27\u5c0e\u81f4\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002\u814e\u7d72\u7403\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u4e5f\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u7f3a\u6c27\u50b7\u5bb3\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u9019\u65b9\u9762\u537b\u7814\u7a76\u8f03\u5c11\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ee5LPS\u548c\u7f3a\u6c27\u90fd\u53ef\u5f15\u767cB7-1\/HIF\u7684\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u800cB7-1\u6b63\u662f\u8db3\u7d30\u80de\u75c5\u8b8a\u6642\u90fd\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u800c\u4e14\u80fd\u4e3b\u5c0e\u7d30\u80de\u9aa8\u9abc\u8b8a\u5316\u7684\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u56e0\u5b50\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4ee5\u8b49\u5be6co-IP \u548cendogenous IP\u65b9\u6cd5\u6b63\u540dB7-1\/HIF\u5169\u8005\u6709\u76f4\u63a5\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff1b\u7d30\u80de\u578b\u614b\u5be6\u9a57\u770b\u5230\u5728LPS\u548c\u7f3a\u6c27\u90fd\u6703\u4f7f\u539f\u672c\u5927\u91cf\u6392\u5217\u6574\u9f4a\u7684Stress fiber\u8b8a\u5c11\u800c\u4e14\u6392\u5217\u7d0a\u4e82\u4e0d\u518d\u6574\u9f4a\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u8b8a\u5316\u53ef\u4ee5\u518d\u5c07\u7f3a\u6c27\u7d30\u80de\u653e\u56de\u9ad8\u6c27\u5f8c\u56de\u5fa9\uff1b\u7531\u7d30\u80de\u9aa8\u9abc\u91cd\u7d44\u5b89\u6392\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u52d5\u6027\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u5728LPS\u548c\u7f3a\u6c27\u523a\u6fc0\u5f8c\u589e\u52a0\u8a31\u591a\u3002\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a1\u7528B7\u50b3\u8a0a\u57fa\u56e0\u905e\u6e1b\u7684\u8db3\u7d30\u80de\u682a\u4f86\u6e2c\u8a66\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u5728B7\u905e\u6e1b\u5f8c\uff0cLPS\u548c\u7f3a\u6c27\u6240\u5c0e\u81f4\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u90fd\u5927\u70ba\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u578b\u614b\u8b8a\u5316\u4ee5\u53ca\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u5206\u5b50\u5c64\u6b21\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793aHIF\u6709N\u7aefC\u7aef\u4e4b\u5206\uff0c\u800cB7\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u548cHIF\u7684N\u7aef\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u662fHIF\u9023\u5e36\u7684oxygenation\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u7248\u7814\u7a76\u4e5f\u6e2c\u8a66\u8db3\u7d30\u80de\u7684NO\u7522\u751f\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u5728B7\u905e\u6e1b\u5f8c\uff0cNO\u7522\u751f\u6e1b\u5c11\u3002\u7d50\u8ad6\u662f\uff0cLPS\u548c\u7f3a\u6c27\u6642\u90fd\u6703\u5f15\u767c B7\/HIF\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u7f3a\u6c27\u6642\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u662fB7-dependent\uff0c\u751f\u7406\u610f\u7fa9\u4e5f\u8a31\u662f\u5728\u7f3a\u6c27\u8b8a\u5316\u6642\uff0c\u8db3\u7d30\u80de\u5fc5\u9808\u7d93\u7531B7\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u5f71\u97ff\u7d30\u80de\u9aa8\u9abc\u91cd\u7d44\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u7d30\u80de\u6d3b\u52d5\u529b\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u539f\u672c\u5728\u814e\u7d72\u7403\u5167\u56fa\u5b9a\u578b\u614b\u4e0d\u79fb\u52d5\u7684\u8db3\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u80fd\u79fb\u884c\u81f3\u5df2\u7d93\u53d7\u7f3a\u6c27\u50b7\u5bb3\u751a\u81f3\u5df2\u7d93\u6389\u843d\u7684\u8db3\u7d30\u80de\u8655\uff0c\u53bb\u633d\u6551\u6216\u662f\u88dc\u8db3\u5df2\u55aa\u5931\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5f8c\u7e8c\u7814\u7a76\u5c07\u5c0d\u7f3a\u6c27\u5c0d\u814e\u7d72\u7403\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u81f4\u75c5\u4ee5\u53ca\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u633d\u6551\u9014\u5f91\u6709\u6240\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a name=\"PaperRes2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u984c\u76ee\uff1a<strong><br \/>\nConcise solid-phase synthesis of inverse poly(amidoamine) dendrimer dendrons using AB2 building blocks.<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #3366ff\"> \uff08\u9ad8\u96c4\u91ab\u5b78\u5927\u5b78\u9ad8\u4f73\u9e9f\u526f\u6559\u6388\u63d0\u4f9b\u6458\u8981\uff09<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u4f5c\u8005\uff1aHuang, A, Y.-T.; Tsai, C.-H.; Chen, H.-Y.; Chen, H.-T.; Lu, C.-Y.; Lin, Y.-T.; Kao, C.-L.* Chem.
