Thromb. Haemost. 2014; 111(5):892-901.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Calcium-diacylglycerol guanine nucleotide exchange factor-I (CalDAG-GEFI)\u70ba\u7d30\u80de\u5167\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u53ef\u4fc3\u9032Rap1\u6d3b\u5316\uff0c\u6b64\u4f5c\u7528\u4e43\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u51dd\u96c6\u4e4b\u5fc5\u8981\u6b65\u9a5f\u3002\u7531CalDAG-GEFI\u5254\u9664\u9f20\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u77e5\uff0c\u5176\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u51dd\u96c6\u80fd\u529b\u6e1b\u5f31\uff1b\u5728in vivo\u8840\u6813\u5be6\u9a57\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e2d\uff0cCalDAG-GEFI\u5254\u9664\u9f20\u8f03\u6295\u4e88ADP\u62ee\u6297\u5291clopidogrel\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u9f20\u66f4\u4e0d\u6613\u5f62\u6210\u52d5\u8108\u8840\u6813\u6813\u585e\uff0c\u4e14\u5c0d\u51fa\u8840\u4e4b\u5f71\u97ff\u8f03\u5c11\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\u6291\u5236CalDAG-GEFI\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u8f03\u5b89\u5168\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6297\u52d5\u8108\u8840\u6813\u7642\u6cd5\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\u8fd1\u4f4d\u96d9\u786b\u9187\u963b\u65b7\u5291\uff08vicinal dithiol blocker\uff09phenylarsine oxide\u53ef\u8207CalDAG-GEFI\u7684\u8fd1\u4f4d\u96d9\u786b\u9187\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u4e26\u6291\u5236CalDAG-GEFI\u7684guanine nucleotide exchange activity\u8207Rap1\u6d3b\u5316\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u6291\u5236\u7531\u4e0d\u540c\u523a\u6fc0\u5291\u5f15\u8d77\u4e4b\u8840\u5c0f\u677f\u51dd\u96c6\uff0c\u986f\u793aCalDAG-GEFI\u7684\u8fd1\u4f4d\u96d9\u786b\u9187\u6216\u8a31\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u672a\u4f86\u958b\u767c\u7279\u7570\u6027\u6291\u5236\u5291\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u6a19\u7684\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a name=\"PaperRes2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u984c\u76ee\uff1a<strong><br \/>\nNMR Solution Structure of a Chymotrypsin Inhibitor from the Taiwan Cobra.<br \/>\n\uff08\u9ad8\u96c4\u91ab\u5b78\u5927\u5b78\u6797\u610f\u7136\u8001\u5e2b\u63d0\u4f9b\u6458\u8981\uff09<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u4f5c\u8005\uff1a Yi-Jan Lin*, Teppei Ikeya, Peter G\u00fcntert, Long-Sen Chang.
