PLoS One. 2014 Aug 25;9(8):e104986. doi: 10.1371\/journal.pone.0104986. eCollection 2014.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u4f2f\u514b\u6c0f\u83cc\u7fa4 (burkholderia cepacia complex, BCC)\u662f\u4e00\u7fa4\u5ee3\u6cdb\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u81ea\u7136\u754c\u4e2d\u7684\u9769\u85cd\u6c0f\u9670\u6027\u83cc\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u5730\u5305\u542b\u571f\u58e4\u3001\u6c34\u3001\u690d\u7269\u6839\u570d (rhizophere of plant)\u3001\u4eba\u985e\u3001\u52d5\u7269\u4ee5\u53ca\u91ab\u9662\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u53ef\u5c07\u6b64\u83cc\u7fa4\u5340\u5206\u70ba\u4e5d\u7a2e\u8868\u73fe\u578b\u76f8\u4f3c\u4f46\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u83cc\u7fa4\u5176\u4e2d\u8207\u4eba\u9ad4\u611f\u67d3\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u83cc\u7fa4\u4e3b\u8981\u6709\u56db\u7a2e (B. multivorans\u3001B. cenocepacia\u3001B. stabilis\u8207B. dolosa) \u5e38\u5f9e\u56ca\u6027\u80ba\u7e96\u7dad\u5316 (cystic fibrosis, CF) \u7684\u75c5\u4eba\u4e2d\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u4f86\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u4f2f\u514b\u6c0f\u83cc\u7fa4\u5c0d\u65bc\u591a\u7a2e\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u591a\u5177\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u4e14\u5728\u6cbb\u7642\u83cc\u7fa4\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u75c5\u60a3\u8f03\u70ba\u56f0\u96e3\uff1b\u6709\u9451\u65bc\u6b64\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u6536\u96c666\u682a\u5206\u96e2\u81ea\u9ad8\u96c4\u91ab\u5b78\u5927\u5b78\u9644\u8a2d\u4e2d\u548c\u7d00\u5ff5\u91ab\u9662\u7684\u4f2f\u514b\u6c0f\u83cc\u7fa4\uff0c\u5229\u7528recA-RFLP (\u9650\u5236\u6027\u7247\u6bb5\u9577\u5ea6\u591a\u614b\u6027\u5206\u578b\u6cd5)\u8207MALDI-TOD (\u57fa\u8cea\u8f14\u52a9\u96f7\u5c04\u812b\u9644\u6e38\u96e2\u98db\u884c\u8cea\u8b5c\u5100)\u9032\u884c\u83cc\u7a2e\u9451\u5b9a\u3002\u5171\u6709\u56db\u7a2e\u83cc\u7fa4\u88ab\u5206\u96e2\u51fa\u4f86\u5176\u4e2d\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u662fB. cenocepacia (genomovar III)\u4f5490.1%\u3002\u5229\u7528\u8108\u885d\u5834\u51dd\u81a0\u96fb\u6cf3\u53ef\u5c0766\u682a\u83cc\u7a2e\u5340\u5206\u70ba30\u578b\u5176\u4e2d\u6709\u5169\u578b[A (n=15) \u548c I (n=12)]\u5728\u91ab\u9662\u5167\u6709\u7fa4\u805a\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\u3002\u901966\u682a\u83cc\u4e2d\u670942\u682a\u83cc\u5177\u6709\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u7684\u5e6b\u6d66\uff0c\u572818\u682aceftazidime\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u7684\u83cc\u682a\u4e2d\u670917\u682a\u5177\u6709\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u5e6b\u6d66\uff1b\u572822\u682achloramphenicol\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u7684\u83cc\u682a\u4e2d\u670916\u682a\u5177\u6709\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u5e6b\u6d66\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u77ad\u89e3\u4f55\u7a2e\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u5e6b\u6d66\u662f\u9020\u6210\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u7684\u4e3b\u56e0\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4ee5\u5b9a\u91cf\u5373\u6642\u805a\u5408\u9176\u93c8\u9396\u53cd\u61c9\u5206\u6790\u4e0d\u540c\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u5e6b\u6d66RNA\u8868\u73fe\u91cf\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u767c\u73feRND-3\u578b\u7684\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u5e6b\u6d66\u662f\u9020\u6210\u6b64\u6297\u85e5\u6027\u7684\u4e3b\u56e0\u3002\u6709\u6b64\u53ef\u77e5\u5e6b\u6d66\u5927\u91cf\u6d3b\u5316\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u5247\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u4e0a\u6e38\u8abf\u63a7\u57fa\u56e0\u7684\u7a81\u8b8a\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u4e86\u89e3\u81e8\u5e8a\u7d30\u83cc\u70ba\u4e86\u9069\u61c9\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u53ef\u85c9\u7531\u57fa\u56e0\u7a81\u8b8a\u7684\u624b\u6bb5\u5feb\u901f\u56e0\u61c9\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><a href=\"http:\/\/wp.kmu.edu.tw\/rd\/archives\/2737\">\u56de\u7b2c0024\u671f\u4e3b\u9801<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u56de\u7b2c0024\u671f\u4e3b\u9801 \u4e00\u3001\u8ad6\u6587\u8207\u7814\u7a76\u5206\u4eab \uff08\u4e00\uff09\u8ad6\u6587 \u984c\u76ee\uff1a The Contri &hellip;
