cylu@kmu.edu.tw; 2137 ext 499<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a name=\"PaperRes2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u5e73\u53f0\u4e8c\u3001\u65b0\u8208\u74b0\u5883\u6c59\u67d3\u7269\u5206\u6790\u5e73\u53f0\uff08\u9673\u767e\u85b0 \u6559\u6388\/\u5433\u660e\u84bc \u6559\u6388\uff09<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u570b\u5167\u56e0\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u554f\u984c\u5c64\u51fa\u4e0d\u7aae\uff0c\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u60c5\u5f62\u65e5\u76ca\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u5f9e2008\u5e74\u4e2d\u570b\u300c\u6bd2\u5976\u7c89\u300d\u4e8b\u4ef6\u52302011\u5e74\u53f0\u7063\u300c\u8d77\u96f2\u5291\u300d\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7b49\u9020\u6210\u793e\u6703\u5927\u773e\u7591\u616e\u8207\u6050\u614c\u90fd\u662f\u8b93\u4eba\u5370\u8c61\u6df1\u523b\u7684\u516c\u5171\u885b\u751f\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4ea6\u4f7f\u5f97\u74b0\u5883\u6bd2\u7269\u4e4b\u5371\u5bb3\u9010\u6f38\u53d7\u5230\u91cd\u8996\u3002<br \/>\n\u5229\u7528\u6db2\u76f8\u5c64\u6790\u4e32\u806f\u5f0f\u8cea\u8b5c\u5100\u7684\u512a\u7570\u5b9a\u6027\u8207\u5b9a\u91cf\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u53ef\u9451\u5b9a\u4e26\u5b9a\u91cf\u74b0\u5883\u6c59\u67d3\u7269\u8207\u76ee\u6a19\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7269\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u5dee\u7570\u3002<br \/>\n\u672c\u5206\u6790\u5e73\u53f0\u4e3b\u8981\u5229\u7528\u4e32\u806f\u5f0f\u6db2\u76f8\u5c64\u6790\u8cea\u8b5c\u5100(LC\/MS\/MS)\u5efa\u7f6e\u91cf\u6e2c\u4eba\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u6bd2\u7269\u4e4b\u66b4\u9732\u6fc3\u5ea6\u8207\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u7642\u670d\u52d9\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u6aa2\u9a57\u9805\u76ee\u4e3b\u8981\u4ee5\u5c3f\u6db2\u6aa2\u9ad4\u4e2d\u7684\u4e09\u805a\u6c30\u80fa\u6fc3\u5ea6\uff0c\u5341\u4e00\u7a2e\u5851\u5316\u5291\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7269\u6fc3\u5ea6\u4ee5\u53ca\u9ad4\u6db2\u4e2d\u6ab3\u6994\u9e7c\uff0c\u6ab3\u6994\u6b21\u9e7c, N-methyl nipecotic acid \u6fc3\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u74b0\u5883\u66b4\u9732\u81f3\u4eba\u9ad4\u9ad4\u5167\u66b4\u9732\u5291\u91cf\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002<br \/>\n\u5206\u6790\u5e73\u53f0\u76ee\u524d\u5099\u6709ABSCIEX LC\/MS\/MS API4000\u5169\u53f0\uff0c\u53ef\u9032\u884c\u591a\u91cd\u53cd\u61c9\u76e3\u63a7\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u5177\u5099\u9ad8\u7279\u7570\u6027\u53ca\u9ad8\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\uff0c\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u6a19\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u4e4b\u5b9a\u6027\u8207\u5b9a\u91cf\u3002<br \/>\n\u76ee\u524d\u5e73\u53f0\u5df2\u5efa\u7acb\u4e4b\u5206\u6790\u9805\u76ee:<br \/>\n\u4e09\u805a\u6c30\u80fa&#8212;&#8211;\u98df\u54c1\u53ca\u5c3f\u6db2\uff0c<br \/>\n\u5851\u5316\u5291&#8212;&#8212;&#8211;DMP\uff0cDEP\uff0cBBP\uff0cDBP\uff0cDNOP\uff0cDIDP\uff0cDIBP\uff0cDEHP\uff0cDINP 9\u7a2e\u3002<br \/>\n\u5851\u5316\u5291\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7269MMP\uff0cMBzP\uff0cMEHP\uff0cMEHHP\uff0cMEOHP\uff0cMECPP\uff0cMCHP\uff0cMBP\uff0cMCPP\uff0cMIBP\uff0cMEP 11\u7a2e\u3002<br \/>\n\u6ab3\u6994\u9e7c\uff0c\u6ab3\u6994\u6b21\u9e7c N-methyl nipecotic acid .<br \/>\nSerum Imatinib, everolimus and AUY-922 levels.\u5df2\u5efa\u7acb\u8d7750\u9918\u7a2e\u85e5\u7269\u53ca\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7269\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6e2c\u5b9a\u4e26\u904b\u7528\u65bc\u6027\u4fb5\u53ca\u53f8\u6cd5\u6848\u4ef6\u8abf\u67e5\u3002<br \/>\n\u672a\u4f86\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u5411: \u958b\u767c\u5176\u5b83chemicals\u4e4b\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff1a 1. Acrylamine\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u9762\u70ba\u6cb9\u7159\u8207\u6cb9\u70b8\u98df\u7269\u9020\u6210\u4eba\u9ad4\u4e4b\u66b4\u9732\u8207\u5065\u5eb7\u5371\u5bb3\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u7b49\u30022. Cyanuric acid \u6301\u7e8c\u95dc\u6ce8\u74b0\u5883\u6c59\u67d3\u8b70\u984c\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u65b0\u8208\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5176\u5f71\u97ff\u5065\u5eb7\u4e4b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002\u4ee5\u958b\u767c\u6db2\u76f8\u5c64\u6790\u4e32\u806f\u5f0f\u8cea\u8b5c\u9451\u5b9a\u8207\u5b9a\u91cf\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c0d\u65b0\u8208\u74b0\u5883\u6c59\u67d3\u7269\u8cea\u9032\u884c\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7269\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u4e26\u85c9\u8457\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u4ee5\u53d6\u5f97\u751f\u7269\u6aa2\u9ad4\uff0c\u4f86\u91d0\u6e05\u66b4\u9732\u8207\u5371\u5bb3\u4e4b\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u4ea6\u5e0c\u671b\u85c9\u7531\u672c\u5206\u6790\u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u80fd\u7d66\u6c11\u773e\u4e00\u500b\u98df\u7684\u5b89\u5fc3\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u4ee5\u7dad\u8b77\u6c11\u773e\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<br ICP-MS)\u300d\uff0c\u4fc2\u4e00\u53f0\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\u8207\u9ad8\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u7684\u91cd\u91d1\u5c6c\u5143\u7d20\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5100\u5668\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u6a23\u54c1\u5c0e\u5165\u3001\u96e2\u5b50\u6e90\u8207\u8cea\u8b5c\u5206\u6790\u7b49\u7cfb\u7d71\u6240\u5efa\u69cb\u800c\u6210\u3002\u7e3d\u62ec\u5176\u5206\u6790\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8207\u539f\u7406\uff0c\u6a23\u54c1\u6eb6\u6db2\u9996\u5148\u85c9\u7531\u6a23\u54c1\u5c0e\u5165\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c07\u6a23\u54c1\u9727\u5316\u6210\u6c23\u81a0\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u518d\u7531\u8f09\u6d41\u6c23\u9ad4\u904b\u9001\u81f3\u9ad8\u6eab\u6c2c\u6c23\u96fb\u6f3f\u4e2d\u9032\u884c\u6e38\u96e2\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u7531\u8cea\u91cf\u5206\u6790\u5668\u8207\u96e2\u5b50\u5075\u6e2c\u5668\u9032\u884c\u5143\u7d20\u7a2e\u985e\u6216\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u8fa6\u5225\u3001\u7be9\u9078\u8207\u5b9a\u91cf\u3002\u672c\u5100\u5668\u4e4b\u6709\u6548\u5075\u6e2c\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7bc4\u570d\u53ef\u9054mg\/L (ppm)\u81f3ng\/L (ppt)\uff0c\u5177\u5099\u540c\u6642\u591a\u5143\u7d20\u6aa2\u6e2c\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4ea6\u5177\u6709\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u6e2c\u5b9a\u5206\u6790\u4e4b\u529f\u80fd\u3002<br \/>\n\u611f\u61c9\u8026\u5408\u96fb\u6f3f\u8cea\u8b5c\u5100\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u6027\u76f8\u7576\u5ee3\u6cdb\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u9818\u57df\u70ba\u81e8\u5e8a\u8207\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u3001\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u5730\u8cea\u3001\u6750\u6599\u3001\u9451\u8b58\u7b49\u79d1\u5b78\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\u3002\u53d7\u9650\u65bc\u5100\u5668\u9032\u6a23\u88dd\u7f6e\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u5e38\u614b\u5206\u6790\u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u985e\u578b\u6a23\u54c1\u5927\u591a\u9700\u5148\u8f49\u63db\u6210\u6db2\u614b\u6eb6\u6db2\uff0c\u4ee5\u5229\u5f8c\u7e8c\u4e4b\u5143\u7d20\u6fc3\u5ea6\u5206\u6790\u8207\u5b9a\u91cf\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u7d30\u80de\u6216\u7d44\u7e54\u6aa2\u9ad4\u53ef\u85c9\u7531\u8d85\u7d14\u7d1a\u7121\u6a5f\u9178(\u5e38\u7528\u785d\u9178\u6216\u9e7d\u9178)\u8f14\u52a9\u9032\u884c\u6d88\u5316\uff0c\u5f85\u6db2\u5316\u5f8c\u7d93\u9069\u7576\u7a00\u91cb\u3001\u904e\u6ffe\u6216\u96e2\u5fc3\u5f8c\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u76f4\u63a5\u5c0e\u5165\u5100\u5668\u9032\u884c\u5206\u6790\u3002\u672c\u5206\u6790\u5e73\u53f0\u76ee\u524d\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b9a\u91cf\u8207\u5b9a\u6027\u5206\u6790\u4e4b\u670d\u52d9\uff1b\u800c\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b9a\u91cf\u5206\u6790\u4e4b\u5143\u7d20\u7a2e\u985e\u76ee\u524d\u7d04\u70ba30\u7a2e\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u4f9d\u672c\u5206\u6790\u5e73\u53f0\u6240\u8cfc\u7f6e\u4e4b\u5143\u7d20\u6a19\u6e96\u54c1\u800c\u5b9a\u3002<br \/>\n\u611f\u61c9\u8026\u5408\u96fb\u6f3f\u8cea\u8b5c\u5100\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u3001\u5206\u6790\u5feb\u901f\u4e26\u53ef\u5206\u6790\u540c\u4f4d\u7d20\u7b49\u512a\u9ede\uff0c\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4f86\u81ea\u6a23\u54c1\u7d44\u6210\u4efd\u7684\u5e72\u64fe\uff0c\u662f\u5f71\u97ff\u5206\u6790\u6e96\u78ba\u5ea6\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u611f\u61c9\u8026\u5408\u96fb\u6f3f\u8cea\u8b5c\u4e3b\u8981\u4f9d\u8cea\u91cf\u6578\u9032\u884c\u5143\u7d20\u9451\u5225\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u7837\u5143\u7d20\u4e4b\u8cea\u91cf\u6578\u70ba75\uff0c\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u6240\u542b\u6709\u8cea\u91cf\u6578\u70ba75\u8005\u90fd\u6703\u88ab\u5224\u5b9a\u70ba\u7837\uff0c\u82e5\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u6c2f(\u8cea\u91cf\u657835)\u5b58\u5728\u6642\uff0c\u5247\u5c07\u6703\u8207\u96e2\u5b50\u6e90\u4e2d\u7684\u6c2c(\u8cea\u91cf\u657840)\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u8cea\u91cf\u6578\u540c\u6a23\u70ba75\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u96e2\u5b50\uff0c\u6b64\u6642\u611f\u61c9\u8026\u5408\u96fb\u6f3f\u8cea\u8b5c\u5100\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u5224\u5225\u5169\u8005\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5c0e\u81f4\u6a23\u54c1\u4e2d\u7837\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u88ab\u9ad8\u4f30\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u6709\u76f8\u95dc\u53bb\u9664\u6b64\u985e\u5e72\u64fe\u7684\u6280\u8853\u767c\u5c55(\u672c\u5100\u5668\u4ea6\u5177\u5099\u5e72\u64fe\u53bb\u9664\u7cfb\u7d71)\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u6210\u719f\uff0c\u5206\u6790\u5e73\u53f0\u5efa\u8b70\u9001\u6aa2\u55ae\u4f4d\u65bc\u9001\u6a23\u6642\uff0c\u61c9\u540c\u6642\u63d0\u4f9b\u6a23\u54c1\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u53ef\u4ee5\u7e2e\u77ed\u5206\u6790\u6240\u9700\u4e4b\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u78ba\u4fdd\u5206\u6790\u6578\u64da\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u3002<br
