LE)\u4f5c\u70ba\u6a19\u7c64\u7684\u5019\u9078\u5e8f\u5217(IgG Fc LE)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5229\u7528\u897f\u65b9\u9ede\u58a8\u6cd5\u767c\u73fe\u8001\u9f20(M2)\u53ca\u5154\u5b50(R2)\u6297\u9ad4\u7dda\u6027\u6297\u539f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f4d\u80fd\u6210\u529f\u88abBL21\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u8868\u73fe\u4e14\u53ef\u88ab\u6297\u8001\u9f20\/\u5154\u5b50\u4e4b\u4e8c\u7d1a\u6297\u9ad4\u76f4\u63a5\u8fa8\u8b58\u3001\u81ea\u52d5\u5448\u8272\u65bc\u5e95\u7247\u4e0a\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5c07M2\u53caR2\u7d50\u5408\u6210\u5927\u5c0f\u7d0415 kDa\u7684\u542b\u6709\u8001\u9f20\u53ca\u5154\u5b50\u6297\u9ad4\u7dda\u6027\u6297\u539f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f4d\u6a19\u7c64(M&amp;R tag)\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u5176\u5f8c\u4f9d\u5e8f\u63a5\u4e0a\u4e0d\u540c\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u5927\u5c0f\u4e4b\u86cb\u767d\uff0c\u7d44\u6210\u542b\u8001\u9f20\u53ca\u5154\u5b50\u6297\u9ad4\u7dda\u6027\u6297\u539f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f4d\u6a19\u7c64\u4e4b\u91cd\u7d44\u86cb\u767d\u6a19\u8a18(M&amp;R linear epitopes protein marker; M&amp;R LE protein marker; 15-120 kDa)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5229\u7528\u897f\u65b9\u9ede\u58a8\u6cd5\u767c\u73feM&amp;R LE protein marker\u80fd\u6210\u529f\u88abBL21\u5927\u8178\u687f\u83cc\u8868\u73fe\u4e14\u53ef\u88ab\u6297\u8001\u9f20\/\u5154\u5b50\u4e4b\u4e8c\u7d1a\u6297\u9ad4\u76f4\u63a5\u8fa8\u8b58\u3001\u81ea\u52d5\u5448\u73fe\u51fa\u898f\u5247\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u5927\u5c0f\u65bc\u5e95\u7247\u4e0a\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7814\u767c\u7684\u542b\u6709\u8001\u9f20\u53ca\u5154\u5b50\u6297\u9ad4\u7dda\u6027\u6297\u539f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f4d\u6a19\u7c64\u5177\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u512a\u9ede:<\/p>\n<p><strong>(1)<\/strong><strong>\u65b9\uf965\u6027<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f34\u96a8\u8457\u4e8c\u7d1a\u6297\u9ad4\u67d3\u8272\u81ea\u52d5\u5448\u8272\u5728\u5e95\u7247\u4e0a\uff0c\u529f\u80fd\u76f8\u7576\u5be6\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>(2)<\/strong><strong>\u6e96\u78ba\u6027<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> \u6b64\u6a19\u7c64\u662fdye-free\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5206\u5b50\uf97e\u6e96\u78ba\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>(3)<\/strong><strong>\u53ef\u52a0\u71b1<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u80fd\u4f7f\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6a19\u8a18\u6a19\u7c64\u5448\u73fe\u51fa\u6700\u6e96\u78ba\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>(4)<\/strong><strong>\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u6027<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u80fd\u88ab\u4efb\u4f55\u6297\u8001\u9f20\/\u5154\u5b50\u4e4b\u4e8c\u7d1a\u6297\u9ad4\u8fa8\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>(5)<\/strong><strong>\u53ef\u4f5c\u70ba\u967d\u6027\u63a7\u5236\u7d44<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u6b64\u6a19\u7c64\u9664\u53ef\u7576\u4f5c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6a19\u8a18(Protein marker)\u6216\u91cd\u7d44\u86cb\u767d\u8cea(Recombinant protein)\u7684\u5075\u6e2c\u6a19\u7c64(tag)\u5916\uff0c\u66f4\u53ef\u7576\u505a\u5be6\u9a57\u7684\u967d\u6027\u63a7\u5236\u7d44(Positive control)\uff0c\u4f7f\u5be6\u9a57\u4eba\u54e1\u80fd\u66f4\u65b9\u4fbf\u4e14\u7cbe\u6e96\u7684\u5224\u65b7\u5be6\u9a57\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u672a\u4f86\u5c07\u6709\u76f8\u7576\u5927\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u80fd\u53d6\u4ee3\u76ee\u524d\u50b3\u7d71\u4e4b\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u6a19\u7c64\uff0c\u5c0d\u5408\u4f5c\u4f01\u696d\u5176\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u6a19\u8a18\u5e02\u5834\u5c07\u958b\u5275\u7121\u9650\u7684\u5546\u6a5f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>Figure 1. <\/strong><strong>\u542b\u8001\u9f20\u53ca\u5154\u5b50\u6297\u9ad4\u7dda\u6027\u6297\u539f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f4d\u6a19\u7c64\u4e4b\u91cd\u7d44\u86cb\u767d\u6a19\u8a18<\/strong><strong>(M&amp;R LE protein marker)<\/strong><strong>\u57fa\u56e0\u5efa\u69cb\u7e3d\u5716<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u5efa\u69cb\u51fa\u5e36\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u5927\u5c0f\u542b\u8001\u9f20\u53ca\u5154\u5b50\u6297\u9ad4\u7dda\u6027\u6297\u539f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f4d\u6a19\u7c64\u4e4b\u91cd\u7d44\u86cb\u767d\u6a19\u8a18(M&amp;R LE protein marker)\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6311\u9078\u88ab\u6297\u8001\u9f20\u53ca\u5154\u5b50\u4e4b\u4e8c\u7d1a\u6297\u9ad4\u8fa8\u8b58\u80fd\u529b\u8f03\u597d\u7684Mouse 2 (M2)\u53caRabbit 2 (R2)\u7dda\u6027\u6297\u539f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f4d(linear epitope)\uff0c\u7d44\u6210\u201d\u542b\u8001\u9f20\u53ca\u5154\u5b50\u6297\u9ad4\u7dda\u6027\u6297\u539f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f4d\u6a19\u7c64 (M&amp;R tag)\u201d\u3002\u4e26\u5229\u7528Cloning\u6280\u8853\u5728\u5176\u57fa\u56e0\u5e8f\u5217\u5f8c\u4f9d\u5e8f\u63a5\u4e0a\u4e0d\u540c\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u4e4b\u86cb\u767d\u8cea(D2 [10 kDa]\u3001MBP [40 kDa]\u53caNus [60 kDa])\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u53ef\u52a0\u71b1\u3001\u81ea\u52d5\u5448\u8272\u65bc\u5e95\u7247\u4e14\u5206\u5b50\u91cf\u898f\u5247\u4e4b\u542b\u8001\u9f20\u53ca\u5154\u5b50\u6297\u9ad4\u7dda\u6027\u6297\u539f\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f4d\u6a19\u7c64\u4e4b\u91cd\u7d44\u86cb\u767d\u6a19\u8a18\u3002YebF\u70ba<em>E.coli<\/em> secreted protein\uff0c\u63a5\u4e0aYebF\u4e4b\u91cd\u7d44\u86cb\u767d\u6a19\u8a18\uff0c\u5c07\u80fd\u88ab\u5206\u6ccc\u81f3\u7d30\u83cc\u57f9\u990a\u4e0a\u6e05\u6db2\u4e2d\u3002H\u8868\u793aHis tag\uff0cSP\u8868\u793aSignal peptide\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u5b78\u66a8\u74b0\u5883\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u7cfb\u00a0 \u912d\u6dfb\u797f\u6559\u6388 \u86cb\u767d\u6a19\u8a18(Protein marker)\u82e5\u80fd\u5728\u897f\u65b9\u9ede\u58a8\u6cd5(Western &hellip;
