\u00a0\u694a\u5e78\u771f\u6240\u9577\u3001\u90b1\u7d00\u83ef<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u97ff\u61c9\u653f\u5e9c\u63a8\u52d5\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u4e4b\u570b\u5bb6\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u672c\u6821\u300c\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u300d\u8457\u624b\u63a8\u52d5\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u5be6\u65bd\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u5e0c\u5180\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u63a8\u52d5\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u878d\u5165\u91ab\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u8207\u5065\u5eb7\u7167\u8b77\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u843d\u5be6\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u53ca\u6253\u9020\u6027\u5225\u6b63\u7fa9\u793e\u6703\u4e4b\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6821\u63a8\u52d5\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u5be6\u65bd\u8a08\u756b\u4ee5\u4e09\u5e74\u9032\u7a0b\u4f5c\u6574\u9ad4\u653f\u7b56\u898f\u5283\u4e4b\u69cb\u601d\u3002\u672c\u8a08\u756b\u900f\u904e\u6027\u5e73\u6703\u8207\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u63a8\u52d5\u5c0f\u7d44\u9010\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u7d50\u5408\u6559\u8077\u54e1\u751f\u6027\u5225\u610f\u8b58\u57f9\u529b\uff0c\u4ee5\u843d\u5be6\u5efa\u7f6e\u6027\u5225\u53cb\u5584\u7121\u6b67\u8996\u4e4b\u6821\u5712\uff0c\u4fdd\u969c\u4e0d\u540c\u6027\u5225\u8005\u64c1\u6709\u826f\u5584\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u4e0d\u56e0\u5176\u6027\/\u5225\u7279\u8cea\u8207\u4e3b\u6d41\u6027\u5225\u898f\u7bc4\u4e0d\u540c\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u4e0d\u5408\u7406\u7684\u5dee\u5225\u5f85\u9047\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u672c\u6821\u7b2c\u4e00\u5e74\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u610f\u8b58\u57f9\u529b\u7684\u91cd\u9ede\u5c0d\u8c61\u70ba\u5404\u55ae\u4f4d\u6027\u5225\u806f\u7d61\u7a97\u53e3\u8ca0\u8cac\u8981\u54e1\u3002\u800c\u70ba\u5f37\u5316\u5b78\u6821\u8077\u54e1\u6027\u5225\u610f\u8b58\u8207\u77e5\u80fd\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u8077\u54e1\u8a2d\u8a08\u898f\u5283\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u610f\u8b58\u57f9\u529b\u8b1b\u5ea7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u7cfb\u5217\u8b1b\u5ea7\u5f15\u9818\u8077\u54e1\u8a8d\u8b58\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u53ca\u5176\u516d\u5927\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u5f37\u5316\u8077\u54e1\u57fa\u790e\u6027\u5225\u6982\u5ff5\u8207\u63d0\u6607\u6027\u5225\u7d20\u990a\uff0c\u9664\u8b93\u8077\u54e1\u77ad\u89e3\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u570b\u969b\u8da8\u52e2\u8207\u570b\u5167\u80cc\u666f\u3001\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u6cd5\u8207\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u57fa\u672c\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u653f\u7b56\u7db1\u9818\u7b49\u8b70\u984c\u5916\uff0c\u4e26\u6307\u5c0e\u8077\u54e1\u5982\u4f55\u5c07\u6027\u5225\u89c0\u9ede\u878d\u5165\u6cd5\u898f\u6aa2\u8996\u8207\u696d\u52d9\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u900f\u904e\u610f\u8b58\u57f9\u529b\u6559\u80b2\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u57f9\u990a\u672c\u6821\u8077\u54e1\u7684\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u610f\u8b58\uff0c\u4e26\u80fd\u5c07\u6b64\u6982\u5ff5\u878d\u5165\u696d\u52d9\u57f7\u638c\u7576\u4e2d\uff0c\u843d\u5be6\u5efa\u7f6e\u6027\u5225\u53cb\u5584\u7121\u6b67\u8996\u6821\u5712\u7b49\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1\u670822\u65e5\uff0c\u7531\u9ad8\u96c4\u5e2b\u7bc4\u5927\u5b78\u6027\u5225\u6559\u80b2\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6240\u9577\u8521\u9e97\u73b2\u526f\u6559\u6388\u70ba\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u7cfb\u5217\u8b1b\u5ea7\u63ed\u958b\u5e8f\u5e55\uff0c\u4ee5\u300c\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u570b\u969b\u8da8\u52e2\u8207\u570b\u5167\u80cc\u666f\u300d\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u8077\u54e1\u5c0d\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u8207\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u610f\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2\u67084\u65e5\uff0c\u7531\u570b\u7acb\u4e2d\u5c71\u5927\u5b78\u516c\u5171\u4e8b\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5f6d\u6e30\u96ef\u526f\u6559\u6388\u4e3b\u8b1b\u300c\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u57fa\u672c\u6982\u5ff5\u53ca\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u6cd5\u300d\u3002\u300c\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u6cd5\u300d\u65bc2004\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\u65bd\u884c\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u70ba\u4fc3\u9032\u6027\u5225\u5730\u4f4d\u4e4b\u5be6\u8cea\u5e73\u7b49\uff0c\u6d88\u9664\u6027\u5225\u6b67\u8996\uff0c\u7dad\u8b77\u4eba\u683c\u5c0a\u56b4\uff0c\u539a\u690d\u4e26\u5efa\u7acb\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u4e4b\u6559\u80b2\u8cc7\u6e90\u8207\u74b0\u5883\u3002\u672c\u5834\u8b1b\u5ea7\u85c9\u7531\u5be6\u969b\u767c\u751f\u4e4b\u751f\u6d3b\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u4e26\u5229\u7528\u591a\u5a92\u9ad4\u6559\u5b78\uff0c\u4f7f\u8ab2\u7a0b\u66f4\u8c50\u5bcc\uff0c\u4ee4\u4eba\u610f\u7336\u672a\u76e1\uff0c\u52a0\u6df1\u5b78\u54e1\u5c0d\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5167\u5bb9\u5b78\u7fd2\u4e4b\u5370\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8077\u54e1\u6027\u5225\u4e3b\u6d41\u5316\u610f\u8b58\u57f9\u529b\u7cfb\u5217\u8b1b\u5ea7\u65bc3\u6708\u4efd\u9080\u8acb\u5230\u570b\u7acb\u5c4f\u6771\u5927\u5b78\u6559\u80b2\u5b78\u7cfb\u738b\u5137\u975c\u526f\u6559\u6388\u3001\u570b\u7acb\u9ad8\u96c4\u5e2b\u7bc4\u5927\u5b78\u6027\u5225\u6559\u80b2\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6e38\u7f8e\u60e0\u6559\u6388\u5206\u5225\u4e3b\u8b1b\u300c\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u653f\u7b56\u7db1\u9818\u8207\u6027\u5225\u5e73\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u767d\u76ae\u66f8\u300d\u8207\u300c\u8a8d\u8b58CEDAW\uff1a\u5
